The condo is starting to take shape; the first house has been completed and occupied, the second one is almost ready and by the end of this year, the construction of two more houses is expected to begin.
Our location has its own 2.2 km long, medium voltage power lines that provide single and three phase electricity to the entire Punta Farallon complex. Also, the underground cores are set up and the power, water and sewer connections for each lot are ready.
In the coming months we will begin to build the main septic tank, which will collect the sewage from all over the condo to be treated and pumped to the irrigation tanks for common green areas.

Introduction
The Northern beaches stretch along the coast from Tumbes to Piura and are a privileged place to be. Their geographical position on the world map locates them right in front of the crossing of two ocean currents: the cold Humboldt Current and the warm Equatorial or El Niño current.
Our location has unique features in Peru; in part due to the fact that it was carefully chosen over 20 years ago, when enthusiasm for our northern beaches was just beginning.
For all this we consider this site as the ideal place to develop a project with unique characteristics, as it is very difficult to find another place on earth which allows, in a natural way, so many diverse activities in a reduced area and with minimal transportation problems.
This piece of coast presents itself as one of the best coastal climates in the world: semi-tropical and dry climate, more than 300 sunny days a year and a temperature that varies between 24ºC and 33ºC, with hardly any rain.
Punta Farallón is the specific name of this beautiful beach, almost unknown in most maps, where few noticed its tremendous potential, but thanks to a serious, reliable and quite original real estate project, there is an option to invest in the sea shore facing the Pacific Ocean today.
