December, 2008: The condo is taking shape and have the first built and finish house; on March and April 2009 we start to built two more houses; in July we expect start the construction of the Club House.

The area is provided with a 2.2 km proper electric facility of half a tension that it provides with normal and industrial electricity to the whole project.
